Before sending the Meeting Request, let's consider the Online Meeting Options.

Go to
Meeting->Online Meeting.
Select: Meeting Options.
What Do You See? There are choices for Access and Presenters.
Access: Who gets into the meeting?
Organizer only (locked)
People I Invite from my company
Anyone from my organization
Anyone (No restrictions)
Presenters: Who can share content?
Only me, the meeting organizer
People I choose
Anyone from my organization
Anyone (No restrictions)
By default, anyone can get into the meeting without waiting in the lobby. However, only people from your company can be Presenters.
Close the Online Meeting Options.
Click Send to E-mail the invitation.
